Parker's First was founded by Julian Konrad Meninger. After years of watching projects lose momentum between strategy and implementation, he built an advisory practice designed to stay closer to the work. Working across real estate, technology, and professional services, the firm combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. The aim is straightforward: help projects move from intent to outcome.
